INBLANC
INdustrialisation of Building Lifecycle data Accumulation, Numeracy and Capitalisation
INBLANC establishes an open ecosystem capitalizing on building lifecycle data through low-cost collection, digital logbooks, and EU dataspaces integration. It consolidates comprehensive building information for lifecycle management.
The project implements a Nexus strategy mapping energy, societal, economic, environmental, circularity, and resilience metrics, targeting building owners and facility managers across the value chain.
INBLANC delivers high-value services for energy planning, virtual facility management, indoor health, low-carbon renovations, and urban integration.
INBLANC creates an open ecosystem for building lifecycle data across four stages (Product, Construction, Use, End-of-Life) per EN15978. Data feeds a Digital Building Logbook calculating five indicator types: Energy, Human, Environment, Economy, and Resilience, with interdependencies mapped via Nexus strategy.
Key impacts:
- Converts building data into actionable knowledge for decision-making.
- Enables high-value services in energy, renovation, health, and facility management.
- Empowers six stakeholder groups with tailored data access and tools.
- Supports sustainable building operations through predictive analytics.
in INBLANC, R2M
- Leads ICT activities for data management architecture, harmonisation, safety, and security.
- Manages bankability and financing strategies for deep renovation projects.
- Applies Scan2BIM expertise to building lifecycle data integration.
- Supports digital ecosystem development across stakeholder toolsets.
