Empowering VET trainers for the digital transformation of the construction sector
ET4Digital strengthens the digital transition of the construction sector by equipping VET trainers with updated knowledge, tools and methods.
The project analyses digital technologies applicable to construction, assesses trainers’ skills and defines training programmes aligned with emerging industry needs. Through a coordinated effort involving VET providers, universities, research centres and technology experts, ET4Digital supports SMEs in adopting digital processes and overcoming barriers.
R2M contributes methodological leadership, digital expertise and consolidation of results to ensure that outputs are transferable, practical and aligned with real market conditions
ET4Digital maps trainer competencies and delivers training programs for BIM, IoT, and digital twins, enabling SMEs to adopt digital technologies effectively and close skill gaps in VET training.
