Sella 137: WELL for Residential

Sella 137 represents a milestone in the European residential landscape: it is the first building in Italy and in the European Union to achieve the WELL for Residential certification, under the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), and it also received the 2025 Vanguard Award at the IWBI Awards.

The project introduces a new paradigm in the multifamily residential sector, where wellbeing becomes a measurable, certified, and strategic parameter for enhancing asset value.

With more than 100 requirements across 10 categories (including air, water, light, comfort, materials, safety, and community), the WELL for Residential protocol was integrated from the earliest design stages through a coordinated, performance-driven approach.
