Sustainable Places 2025, an event organized by R2M Solution, chose to make its venue a model of accessibility and inclusion, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and barrier-free experience for all participants. As part of this commitment, the building hosting the event was assessed and certified according to the Access4you standard.

The accessibility assessment process for the venue was fully managed, including the technical survey, verification against relevant international standards, and documentation handling for certification.

The results were also communicated through the publication of the venue profile on Access4you.io, providing verified, up-to-date information supported by photographic documentation.
