Sustainability Consultant
We are looking for candidates to support our environmental sustainability consulting activities related to:
- Main building sustainability certification schemes such as: LEED, WELL, BREEAM
- CAM and DNSH requirements
- LCA (Life Cycle Assessment)
- ESG/GRESB, EU Taxonomy
- Support the project development phase according to the requirements of Green Building certification protocols
- Assist in the execution of specialized activities related to project assignments
- Produce reports and descriptive documentation related to certification protocol requirements and environmental regulations (Minimum Environmental Criteria – CAM)
- Support construction site management according to Green Building certification requirements
- Carry out site inspections at buildings and construction sites
- Assist with commissioning activities and final handover of the construction site up to certification
- Possible participation in EU-funded research projects and collaboration in the implementation of innovative technological solutions for the ecological and digital transition of the construction sector
- Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- LEED AP® qualification (other certifications such as WELL AP® or BREEAM AP® are considered an advantage)
- Knowledge of Sustainability and Circular Economy principles and their application
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Knowledge of AutoCAD software
- Native or fluent Italian
- Fluent English
- Driving license (Category B)
- Interest in the relevant sector
- Teamwork attitude and proactive mindset
- Availability for short business trips, mainly within Italy
