Sander Smit
Business Model Expert
Sander Smit is working on technology driven innovations since 1995 and started to specialise in business model design in 2006. He has been working as a Project Manager, Business Consultant and Innovation Consultant in product- and service-development projects in the domains Consumer Electronics, Telecom & Media, Smart Mobility, Smart Energy Networks and Smart Water Systems. Sander has been responsible for business model design and exploitation activities in national- (B@Home, SPITS, NoD) and international research projects (ITVT, iNEM4U, Waternomics). Sander has published multiple papers on business models and is co-creator of the international best-selling book “Business Model Generation”.
Main area of activity in R2M:
Sander provides business model expertise horizontally across R2M project activities. He contributes most actively to Dr. Bob, INNOQUA and PV Sites.
